Moon Salutation

It was an honor to host a Moon Salutation practice at my home studio on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. With limited space, the studio comfortably accommodates up to four students, creating an intimate and peaceful setting.

We moved through the Moon Salutation sequence together and shared herbal tea afterward—a lovely way to close the evening.

The next Moon Salutation gatherings will be on November 5 and December 5, from 6–7 PM. At my home studio: 6180 W Canyon Ave. Littleton, CO.
