A Heartfelt Goodbye and a New Beginning

When I first read the email about the closing of Serasana Greenwood Village, I was filled with sadness and disbelief. My heart immediately went out to my wonderful boss, Kyra Hooper, my amazing colleagues, and all of my dear clients. Since I had already left on vacation, I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye in person. I truly hope our paths will cross again someday.
Serasana Greenwood Village wasn’t just a workplace—it was the beginning of my journey as a yoga teacher. I absolutely loved being there. The peaceful ambiance made it easy to create joyful experiences for our clients. Kyra was a phenomenal boss: supportive, insightful, and generous with her guidance during my 11 months there. I gained so much knowledge about running a business and providing exceptional service. It’s a tough industry, especially in today’s economy, and I’m grateful for every lesson.
Though change is hard, I now see it as an opportunity for growth. I’m still teaching my Wednesday 9:00–10:00 am Flow & Restore class at Serasana Littleton, and I’m excited to announce that I’ll be offering home studio classes in Littleton! Glenn, my loving husband, and Patty, my lifelong friend, have been encouraging me to host classes from home—and the time has come 😊
Join me at my home studio:
6180 W. Canyon Ave., Littleton, CO 80128
Wednesdays
12:00–1:00 pm — Gentle Yoga
1:30–2:30 pm — Slow Flow
Whether you're a returning client or someone new looking to begin or deepen your practice, I’d love to see you on the mat. Let’s keep moving, breathing, and growing—together.
With love and gratitude ❤️
