GENTLE

Gentle yoga is a slow-paced, relaxed approach to yoga postures. It is designed to be accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners, and/or those recovering from injury. In gentle yoga classes, the emphasis is on practicing poses in a soft, mindful manner, often with modifications or the use of props like blankets, blocks, or straps to support and deepen stretches.

HATHA

 Hatha is often considered a foundational practice for many other styles of yoga and is known for its gentle and accessible approach suitable for practitioners of all levels. This style of yoga emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Practitioners move through poses ranging from gentle stretches to challenging postures, aiming to improve physical health and mental clarity. Hatha yoga promotes overall well-being, reduces stress, and fosters inner peace. 

SLOW FLOW

Vinyasa Slow flow is focusing on mindful movement and breath coordination through a sequence of yoga postures (asanas). The pace is slower than traditional Vinyasa flow classes, allowing for more detailed instruction, deeper exploration of postures, and longer holds. This style of yoga promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and improved flexibility, making it accessible to a wide range of practitioners, including beginners.
